Q - What is sell and rent back?

A - "Sell and Rent Back" allows you to sell your property for whatever reason but to continue living in your house for as long as you require.

Q - How long can I rent for?

A - As long or as little as you like.

Q - How is the rent calculated?

A - The rent is determined by the sale price. The lower the sale price the lower the rental payments.

Q - Can I pay a lump sum from the sale of my property to cover rental payments for say, one year or more?

A - We have many clients who pay at least the first year in advance. We even have clients who have paid up to 10 years and do not need to make any rental payments for that period.

Q - Are there any restrictions?

A - None whatsoever.

The Buying Process

Once you have contacted us we will do an immediate market appraisal of your property over the phone and make you a purchase offer and supply rental figures within 5 minutes.

If you like our offer we will complete all paperwork and arrange to visit you for a short meeting to provide all details.

We pay up front costs

Between one and four weeks after our initial conversation the transaction will be complete and any remaining money will be forwarded to an account of your choice.
